WRITING FOR RC MODEL WORLD

Those who want to write about R/C models tend to fall into one of three camps. There are those who find it relatively easy, and who can write freely and fluently. These tend to be the chaps whose names you will see regularly in the magazines, as they get a great deal of pleasure from putting pen to paper. In fact, sometimes it is difficult to rein them back and we can get a bit of a backlog of their material, as we don't like to overexpose our contributors too much. And there are those who can write well, but who tend to find it a slower process, perhaps suffering a few 'blocks' along they way. These contributors tend to supply articles on a more leisurely basis; I'd say that they like to write but find it difficult to get 'in the flow'. Thinking of a way to start and end an article is probably their biggest stumbling block, but once they are writing about the core subject it becomes much easier for them.
