Taphonomy and archaeozoological research: Recent approaches

摘要

This volume developed out of the 2nd ICAZ Taphonomy Working Group meeting organized in Santander, Spain (September 12-14, 2012) by the authors of this editorial: Ana Belen Mann-Arroyo from The Cantabrian International Institute for Prehistoric Research (IIIPC) and Marta Moreno-Garcia from the Human and Social Sciences Centre (CSIC). The meeting was funded by the IIIPC, University of Cantabria, the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the CONSOLIDER Programme. It was as successful as the previous one held as part of 11th International Council for Archaeozool-ogy (ICAZ) International Conference in Paris 2010.
