摘要

The performance of a manufactured product in often ]characterized by a group of responses. These responses are measurements of one or more quality characteristics. These are usually interrelated and may be measure in different measurement scales. Management, therefore, has to face the problem of fixing the optimum operating levels of process parameters, which influence these responses.
