びん容器における打栓された王冠の偏芯量測定装置の開発

摘要

今回，新規偏芯量測定装置のコンセプトとして，装置としての利便性•汎用性が高いことをMust条件に，係合部を簡易かつ正確に測定できることをWant条件に掲げ，三つの測定装置について検討を行った。%Crown caps are important for bottle beer because they seal the interior contents. We calculate the eccentricity of bottle crown caps in order to guarantee the quality of bottle beer. As the previous calculating instrument had some problems, we developed the new system. We tested three methods and finally decided to develop the instrument which had two laser sensors because they were not special but familiar and they could calculate in a higher accuracy than previous one.
