Mostly the production plan, the scheduling of the build and the bit that goes before that too - chasing the dealers. When the car gets booked I have to chase the dealers to get the specification. Once the spec is in I produce all the production paperwork, called the build book, which then goes into production! The front of the build book has the specification and the rest of the document is for all the operatives to fill in throughout the workshops. I have to be organised; it's all manual, so if anything goes wrong (which it rarely does!) it comes back on me! So it's all got to be bob on.
