Mobile phone users expect their phones to work everywhere, but dropped calls, long call setup times, and unavailable service are still ongoing problems. Anyone stuck in traffic has faced many situations where his or her phone shows "four bars" of service availability and yet it's impossible to make a call. Calls drop when we travel into tunnels, behind and even inside buildings.
