Models of hydrocarbon systems in the Russian Platform-Ural junction zone

摘要

The paper presents results of the numerical basin modeling of hydrocarbon generation-accumulation systems in four oil- and gas-bearing complexes in the Russian Platform-Ural junction zone: Lower Devonian-Frasnian, Frasnian-Tournaisian, Visean-Bashkirian, and Lower Permian. For each oil- and gas-bearing complex, the study area has been ranked in terms of the petroleum potential.
