There goes another year

As I write this the final Award's dinners have been completed for the year and that always means another year is almost over. I find myself reflecting on the importance of identifying the hard work of our industry and celebrating their achievements. Our Awards program forms an important role for The Society and brings our members and supporters together in one place every year. The sense of community is even more important now than ever before, with the speed of life and workloads effecting everyone's ability to slow down and take heed of life as it washes by. The work of our volunteer teams to consistently put on these events year after year is a real credit to these groups and the willingness to sacrifice some time for the good of the Society.
