Leading the way

I wish I would share the results of our NCC 2019 effort but unfortunately, at the time of writing, the amended version still remains under wraps. It seems we have done all that can be done in regards to the revised National Construction Code due for release in 2019. All avenues have been exhausted but let no one claim we didn't do all we could to secure the best outcome for all our members. I have been assured, by the team at Australia Building Codes that many of our suggestions have been included and I await, with great anticipation, confirmation of this outcome. If nothing else I believe our new approach has secured us much reputation currency with all stakeholders involved and we can all look forward to a smoother road map to future iterations of the NCC. I will keep you all posted as information becomes available.
