摘要

This paper presents a method for development of a new photosensitive resin dicing blade and estimation of its tensile strength. Fractal analysis is used to analyze the situation of small particles distributed in the photosensitive resin. The relationship between the fractal dimension and the tensile strength of blades is studied with both theoretical analysis and experimental tests. Results show that there exists a critical value of the fractal dimensions for the distribution of SiO_2 particles and at that critical point the tensile strength of the samples reaches the highest value.
