Freedom Scientific recently announced a new addition to its TOPAZ Desktop Video Magnifier line of products. Described as "your personal low vision center," TOPAZ now features a monitor that swivels 180 degrees from side to side. The product's standard features include the Image Freeze function, which locks any magnified image on the screen; a monitor that adjusts for height and ti a magnification dial that enlarges text 3X-82X; controls for color selection and brightness; a position-locator beam; and a reading table. TOPAZ is now available with three sizes of swivel monitors. TOPAZ with a 17-inch swivel monitor costs $2,595, with a 19-inch swivel monitor costs $2,895, and with a 22-inch swivel monitor costs $3,195.
