Psychodramatische Supervision in der Sozialen Arbeit

Using Psychodrama in Social Work Supervision. This article explores the usefulness of psychodrama for supervision in the field of social work. It argues that psychodrama has great potential for being applied there because of its unique qualities. At the same time, applying psychodrama in supervision, Moreno’s approach can be fruitfully enhanced and elaborated. This is exemplified here by two examples. They show how professionals in supervision (using psychodrama techniques) can easily overcome inhibitions and develop spontaneity and creativity. This, in turn, will open new perspectives for them in their role as professional social workers.
