摘要

Objective: To explore the source cells of interleukin-6 (IL-6) among bone marrow cells in multiple myeloma (MM). Methods Expressions of IL-6 in bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) were detected us- ing double labeled immunofluorometry, and the IL-6 activities in the supernatants of co-culture system of myeloma cell line KM_3 and bone marrow stromal cells (BMCSs) were measured using B9 cell proliferation test. Results: IL- 6 molecules were expressed not only in cytoplasmic γ-globin positive cell but also in type I collage or von Wille- brand Factor (vWF) positive cells.
机译:目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)骨髓细胞中IL-6(IL-6)的来源。方法采用双标记免疫荧光法检测骨髓单个核细胞(BMMNCs)中IL-6的表达,并检测骨髓瘤细胞KM_3和骨髓基质细胞(BMCSs)共培养系统上清液中IL-6的活性。使用B9细胞增殖测试测量。结果:IL-6分子不仅在细胞质γ-珠蛋白阳性细胞中表达,而且在I型拼贴或von Willebrand因子(vWF)阳性细胞中表达。
