About the Paris conference

摘要

Three themes, all discussed at the Paris Conference, are likely to play an important part in the policy debate on urban transport in the first part of the 21st Century, which itself will be even more dominated by widespread and growing traffic congestion. They are payment for infrastructure use; pricing of public transport; the benefits of public transport to the community as a whole.
