FIGHTING BACK AGAINST TERRORIST WEB SITES

Given the ubiquity of the Internet and the challenges of tracking constantly moving Web sites, domain name registrars, and ISPs, one may be left to conclude that efforts to counter terrorist Web sites are pointless. Nevertheless, the only truly effective way to counter this activity is to continually make efforts to shut them down. Doing so can dramatically impact the terrorist Web presence.
