摘要

This work proposes, under the title of "cutting by parallel trihedra or pyramids", a procedure that makes the intersection of spherical spatial meshes possible in such a way that new vault shapedpolyhedra can be obtained and under optimal conditions. Each face of this type of body is a patch of spherical dome the breakdown of which is known; this breakdown places some edges along minor circles in the sphere. Some photorealistic images of designs based on the parallel trihedra procedure are shown.
