Roadmap to collaboration: journey from silos to enterprise

Collaboration in newly-merged organizations is a highly-desired outcome. The erroneous assumption is to believe collaboration will automatically occur, although it does not. For collaboration to take place, leaders must think deeply about the organization and embed collaboration in the fabric of the company. Without collaboration, the organization may not be able to address the fiscal and competitive factors that led to the merger.
