US charges Chinese nationals over commercial espionage

The US Department of Justice on 30 October announced charges against 10 Chinese nationals in relation to the hacking of companies for commercial advantage. The charges followed similar indictments in September and October. Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Lu Kang called the accusation "pure fiction and totally fabricated".
