摘要

The current study attempts to present a unique, initial contribution to existing models of communication media's historical development, by calling attention to the parallel processes taking place within the journalist community itself. By means of in-depth interviews with male and female sports journalists in Israel, breakthrough, establishment, defense and adaptation mechanisms to a new journalistic reality can be identified as part of the generational and societal changes that have taken place in the newsroom. Le facteur humain dans le développement des medias: les pages sportives israéliennes comme étude de cas Cette étude essaye de présenter une contribution spécifique et fondamentale au regard des modèles existants de développement historique des médias de communication, en attirant l'attention sur les processus parallèles qui se produisent au sein de la communauté des journalistes elle-même. Au moyen d'entretiens approfondis avec des journalistes sportifs masculins et féminins en Israël, la percée, l'établissement, la défense et les mécanismes d'adaptation à une nouvelle réalité journalistique peuvent être identifiés comme des éléments du changement social et générationnel qui a eu lieu dans la salle de rédaction. El factor humano en el desarrollo histórico de los medios: el periodismo deportivo israelí como estudio de caso El presente estudio presenta una aportación inicial y pionera a los modelos existentes de desarrollo histórico de los medios de comunicación, llamando la atención sobre los procesos paralelos que se desarrollan dentro de la propia comunidad periodística. Mediante entrevistas a fondo con periodistas deportivos en Israel se pueden identificar mecanismos de avance, consolidación, defensa y adaptación a una nueva realidad periodística que forma parte de los cambios sociales y generacionales que han tenido lugar en las redacciones. Der menschliche Faktor in der historischen Entwicklung der Medien: Israelische Sportseiten als Fallstudie Die vorliegende Studie versucht einen einzigartigen, neuen Beitrag zu bereits existierenden Kommunikationsmodellen der historischen Entwicklung der Medien zu präsentieren, indem eine Parallele zum Prozess in der Journalisten-Gemeinde gezogen wird. Mit Hilfe von Tiefeninterviews mit männlichen und weiblichen Journalisten in Israel können Durchbruch-, Gründung-, Verteidigungs- und Anpassungsmechanismen einer neuen journalistischen Realität als Teil des Generations- und Gesellschaftswandels, die in der Redaktion stattfand, identifiziert werden.
