摘要

A number of theories and modelshave helped to elucidate the decision-makingdifficulties encountered by some youngadolescents. These theories and models togetherwith the results of research focused onproblems associated with career indecision inadolescents provide the basis for the presentstudy aimed at establishing and verifying theefficacy of an intervention program whosepurpose is to improve problem-solving anddecision-making skills. We hypothesised that aprogram designed to increase generalcompetencies could greatly impact decisionalproblems and could reduce levels of indecisionamong adolescent students. The current studywill provide a description of our interventionand an evaluation of its effectiveness.
