摘要

In recent vibration and acceleration pickup applications, for example in modal analysis, active control of vibration isolation, and inertial navigation, the phase shift evaluation of pickup has become important. However, the frequency-phase characteristics of the pickup has not been reported quantitatively from the production makers in the past. In this report, the phase shift evaluation results of three types (piezoelectric-type, servo-type and capacitance-type) of commercially available vibration and acceleration pickups are presented.
