Welcome to the Summer issue of Impact; my first flying solo as Editor.rnIn this edition we celebrate achievements in many forms. Our new Career Development Group Honorary Fellows; Carol Barker and Kath Owen share their acceptance speeches showing us that it really is about having a passion for what we do, grasping those opportunities when they come our way and supporting and being supported by our colleagues. Ideas that are echoed later in Natasha West's article about her professional development as a cataloguer.
