Work professional balance (How to get involved but keep your employer happy)

At the recent CDG Activists' Training Day, held in Nottingham for committee members, we discussed how we could manage our activities with the Career Development Group alongside our day jobs. I was really interested in this topic as I have recently stepped up onto National Council as the Honorary Events Co-ordinator and I still continue to be active at divisional level.
