'Defining': the focus groups

It is all go at the moment as we have entered the 'conversation' part of the 'Defining our Professional Future' project (previously known as The Big Conversation'). CILIP are attempting to get to grips with what its members and potential members want from a professional association, as well as trying to gain an understanding of how we will then engage with that.
