Development of the Prabhavi Organisation library - Sri Lanka

摘要

The thirty year long civil war in Sri Lanka ended in 18 May 2009 allowing people to travel around the country freely. The Lanka Community Information Initiative came across Prabhavi Community Library quite by chance during their many post-war trips to the eastern Sri Lanka while working on another project that they are involved in.
