摘要

Experimental research have been made to find out the electrical performance of CuCr55 and CuCrTa contact materials, the result can be a reference to select ideal contact materials. The test results show that the current chop characteristics of CuCrTa contact material is superior to that of CuCr55, the high current arc characteristics of which is similar with that of CuCr55, and the lighting impulse voltage property of which is a little better than that of CuCr55. The CuCrTa contact material is a preferable high voltage contact material.
