Part I: Basic Concepts and Expected Benefits"; "Use of Modulated Excitation Signals in Medical Ultrasound. Part II: Design and Performance for Medical Imaging Applications"; and "Use of Modulated Excitation Signals in Medical Ultrasound. Part III: High Frame Rate Imaging"), which appeared in the February 2005 issue (no. 2) on pages 177-191, 192-207, and 208-219, respectively.
