CMOS RLC and crystal oscillators based on current conveyors

Analysis and design of RLC and crystal oscillators based on current conveyors, in 1.5 /spl mu/m CMOS integrated technology, are described. Maximal operating frequencies are 350 and 50 MHz, respectively.
