摘要

The synchronous two-port resonator can be used for thendetermination of SAW parameters, including velocity, electromechanicalncoupling coefficient, and reflection coefficient of one strip. Thesenparameters can be determined from a comparison between the measured andncalculated transfer functions of the resonator. Using this technique,nthe SAW free surface velocity of the 45°XZ-cut of lithiumntetraborate (Li2B4O7) crystal was foundnto be equal to 3436 m/s. The other measured parameters agree well withnthe values found in the literature
