摘要

Piezoelectric glass-ceramics in the lead zirconate titanato-leadnsilicate system were developed. SiO2 was required for glassnformability, and excess PbO allowed low temperature processing. Thenamounts of those constituents were limited by the optimization of thenpiezoelectric properties. Only a small region of compositions in thisnsystem yielded the desired combination of glass formability,ncrystallization and densification behavior, and resulting piezoelectricnproperties. Selected compositions were melted and roller quenched tonform glass ribbon, then milled into glass powder. Pressed glass powderndensified to closed porosity at 850°C with piezoelectric d33n and g33 coefficients of 26 pC/N and 33×10-3n Vm/N. The low temperature sintering behavior of thesenferroelectric glass-ceramics provides the possibility of incorporating anpiezoelectric material as a sensor or actuator in thick film circuits ornlow-fire multilayer packages
