National Housing Law Project Recommends Changes to HUD Policy On Disposition, Preservation

The National Housing Law Project (NHLP) has recommended several revisions to HUD's disposition policy, for Section 8 properties in foreclosure and to the implementation of a preservation requirement in the fiscal 2006 HUD appropriations act which mandates continuing the subsidy contract on these projects unless it would be in-feasible.
