The food industry places demands on its system that go far beyond the standard in classic mechanical engineering. There should especially be no compromising when it comes down to hygiene, cleanliness and cleaning. The hygienic design determines how well a system can be cleaned. From 20 to 23 March 2018, Anuga FoodTec in Cologne will be presenting the visitors easy-to-clean machines, systems and components, which not least play a central role in the beverage industry.
