From the newest member in the organization to the most senior and highest ranking, we have to size-up current reality and use the planning section to predict the future, so that command staff can be prepared. In doing so, key questions must be asked: 1. Who is in command, and of what? 2. Does our training reflect how we perform? 3. Do we train with the resources we actually deploy? 4. How do we stop the "forget what you learned in the academy or what the book said" mindset? 5. What is leadership? 6. Can we improve?
