Because of inherent challenges, a pre-engineered building system isn't usually a first choice in station design. It's the logical choice when the decision is budget and schedule-driven. The design team embraced it as an opportunity to stretch the boundaries of pre-engineered systems while also addressing an irregular site and neighborhood fit along the town's main thoroughfare.
