New Headquarters Building

As one of the busiest ambulance companies in New York, the Manorville Community Ambulance Company was long overdue for an expansion. Extra space was needed to accommodate an additional ambulance, 35 responders, and administrative personnel. The town of Brookhaven wanted a new state-of-the-art facility that incorporated sustainability to replace the existing antiquated building. One challenge was to maintain a minimal separation between the paid and volunteer staff. A "suite" was provided for the paid staff, incorporating bunk rooms and a private lounge.
