Paul Anand is Professor of Economics, Decision Sciences and Philosophy at the Open University, Research Associate in the Health Economics Research Centre at Oxford University and Research Associate at the LSE Centre for Philosophy in the Natural and Social Sciences. He is author of the monograph Foundations of Rational Choice under Risk (Oxford University Press), editor of the Oxford Handbook of Rational and Social Choice and director of a project that has developed datasets to operationalize the capabilities approach to welfare economics.
