Targeting industrial inspection, general machine vision, and microscopy, Prosilica's GS Series periscope-type CCD cameras offer a gigabit Ethernet interface (GigE vision) to allow cable lengths of up to 100 m using conventional network cables and up to tens of kilometers using fiber optics.
