International Rectifier announced the expansion of its offering of high reliability Schottky rectifiers in accordance with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime Qualified Products List (QPL) for space applications including satellite bus power systems and payload power supplies. The QPL-certified devices are available in 45-V and 100-V reverse recovery voltage, rated from 15 A to 45 A current. Gaia Converter announced the availability of three EMI filter modules providing electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection for avionic and military power systems. Those modules offer a compact and low dissipation solution in applications where space is critical without need of any heat sink. The FGDS-2A-50V is rated from 4 W to 50 W at up to 2 A input current;the FGDS-10A-50V rated at 50-150 W at up to 10 A input current;and the FGDS-20A-50V rated at 150-300 W at up to 20 A input current.
