Types of Ore Material Remobilization

Multiple redeposition of ore material and its mobilization (concentration or dissemination) play a significant role in the study of the genesis of ore deposits. These processes (often called "remobilization") are rather diverse and can be divided into the following types: (1) remobilization of the fine-disseminated ore material under conditions ranging from lateral secretion to magmatic processes; (2) regeneration of deposits according to [1]; and (3) magmatic regeneration due to the melting (granitization) of sedimentary and volca-nosedimentary sequences. In addition, stagewise ore deposition can include the regressive (ordinary) and progressive types of rejuvenation of hydrothermal systems.
