摘要

Kaolinite is an industrial raw mineral widely used for the production of semiporcelain, porcelain, paper, and colloidal mixtures. The essential technological properties of this mineral are governed primarily by the state of the particle surface and, in particular, by cations concentrated in surface layers. The present communication proposes a new interpretation of the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra that are typical for kaolinite and models of centers responsible for the spectra described below.
