Possibility of the Reconstruction of the Real Dynamics of the Earth's Crust (The Example of the Southern Regions of Sakhalin and Kuril Islands)

摘要

Studies of the earthquake epicenter mechanisms make it possible to evaluate the parameters of seismo-tectonic deformations and movements, which is important for study of geodynamics and development of seismic process [1]. This is very important for Sakhalin Island, where the active operation works for the oil and gas shelf deposits have been conducted and, especially, for the South Kuril Islands where a strong earthquake is expected to take place soon.
