The Western Siberian oil- and gas-bearing megabasin will be the main supplier of oil and gas for a long time as the base of the Russian economy. Because of this, the complex study of Western Siberia, which has been going on for more than 50 years [1 and others], still remains the most important task of Russian geologists; this work has fundamental scientific and practical importance. Based on the complex geological and geophysical investigations and mapping of large segments of the territory, a new geological map of pre-Jurassic basement of the Western Siberian plate [2] was composed. It is also demonstrated that the Paleozoic geodynamic history of the region was finished by a collision accompanied by tectonic flow, metamorphism, intrusion of granite, and the formation of a new continental crust. The study of the composition and age of granitoid plutons of the Western Siberian basement is very important providing information for these important events. In addition, the world experience demonstrates (the known oil deposit White Tiger on the Vietnam shelf [3] is not the only example) that granitoids are the most perspective rocks for searching for deposits of hydrocarbon raw material among all rock complexes composing the basements of sedimentary basins.
