New analytical solutions, which allow us to estimate the landslide parameters in narrow mountainous valleys or sea canyons, were found within a nonlinear model of the Savage-Hutter slush landslide.rnGravity flows (avalanches and landslides) flowing down from mountains and volcanoes in the coastal zones of seas frequently cause tsunami waves. The most striking example is avalanching in Lituya Bay (Alaska, United States) in 1958, which caused a tsunami with a height of about 500 m [1].
