Carbonaceous Matter of Quartz Breccia and Geyserites of the Baleiskoe Ore Field

The great abundance of carbonaceous matter (CM) and its influence on the formation of native gold and metal—organic compounds were previously estab?lished in rocks of the ore-bearing sequence and gold veins of the Baleiskoe field (Eastern Transbaikalia) [1-4]. However, the specifics of CM are not under?stood at present. In this connection, study of the nature of carbonaceous matter is of special impor?tance.
