Accumulation Times of Relative Deformations at the Earth's Surface in the Problem of Laser Deformation Forecast of Crustal Earthquakes

摘要

An estimate of the range of admissible accumulation times of relative deformations at the Earth's surface is presented. It is needed for continuous updating of the seismological data bank in the problem of the possible forecast of crustal earthquakes based on variations in the stressed deformed field of the Earth using laser strainmeters.
