The territory in the margin of the Asian Region, from the Sea of Okhotsk to the South China Sea, is dominated by two obliquely oriented fault systems (Fig. 1) not studied from the standpoint of their genetic relationships. The structural complex formed by the Tan-Lu and Sikhote-Alin (TS) and Bohai-Amur systems (BA) was investigated. According to the results of geochronological correlation of their development, the synchronous kinematics of these systems is not identical and corresponds to the formation of faults as structural parageneses. New concepts concerning the nature of dynamokinematic regimes of regional structuring and riftogenesis in the Mesozoic-Cenozoic are reported.
