Synchronism effect of atmospheric pressure pulses and change in the state of various media

摘要

The effect of synchronous change in condensed media and meteorological conditions is found during observations of their phase state. This effect provides new opportunities for instrumental control of changes in meteorological conditions, including extreme ones, and also for revealing the possible common factors that cause these changes.
