The Sebesta Blomberg board of directors has announced the promotion of Todd Gilles from controller to chief financial officer of the firm. As CFO and member of the executive management team, Gilles will work to further develop and enhance the firm's financial, risk management and growth strategies; he will also stay actively involved in client and employee relations. Gilles played an instrumental role in moving Sebesta Blomberg to a 100 percent employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) S corporation in 2011. A certified public accountant, Gilles has more than 15 years of experience in the engineering consulting and manufacturing industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
