摘要

The way we learn as adults is very different to how we did as a child. Research into the results of adult learning indicates that with the majority of IT training methods used by businesses today, employees are only retaining a fraction of the knowledge they could be. Although major strides have been made in new training methodologies with increasing popularity around new techniques, such as computer-based training, it is clear that a new approach is required that is tailored to the way we absorb information.
