The following is the result of considerable deliberation from 13 of us. We are all people who have devoted a great deal of our working lives to promoting effective learning and development in organizations and we have all published a great deal on the subject. In the time since we first produced this we have had varying reactions to it from "It's not very radical" to "It's too radical for us to implement". Make your own mind up about it.
